To my surprise and utter delight I was very satisfied with the food, far surpassing my humble expectations. From the very first bite, to the readjustment of a notch in my belt, I was glad to have not turned away…

My boyfriend and I visit this restaurant quite frequently. I'm not usually a fan of italian/mediteranean food but the menu really has something for everyone. The portion sizes are huge and the food is reasonably priced and very tasty. The only thing that i would say is don't go here if you're in a rush; the service is friendly but relaxed and so waiting times vary considerably. Also, they always have a few bottles of wine around that aren't on the wine list so it's worth asking what's available when you go

Cafe Rialto is consistantly excellent.
The waiting staff are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is relaxed.
The food is superb, my favourites are the crayfish starter, or the stuffed garlic mushrooms, and for main either the steak in pepe sauce, or the fried breaded chicken with a feta salad.
The tiramisu and banoffee pie desserts are also delicious. This may not be a venue for a special occasion, but it is a fabulous mid-week restaurant with some excellent lunch and early dinner specials, or even to just have a glass of wine and look out at Fulham Road...4/5
